Wild radicchio, marinated ginger and scallops
Crackers with creamed cod and chives

Tartare of pink prawns, artichokes, black truffle and puffed potatoes

Octopus stew, grilled bread sauce, toasted capers and black olive sand

 

FIRST COURSES:

Tagliatella stuffed with robiola, cabbage, gurnard and its jus
