OUR RESTAURANT

Gastarea restaurant was born to offer the best from our territory, without sacrificing the innovative cuisine. The respect of tradition, constant attention to seasonal and sustainability products take to the enhancement of local food and wine excellences promoting a Kilometre-zero cuisine.

“Taste Philology” by Brillat Savarin, French Illuminist and literate, inspires the Restaurant name. Savarin describes the cuisine as art and inspiration giving it the name of Gastarea. Creativity and research leads back to a kind of passion, which is more than a simple job.

The Gastarea restaurant is based on two floors designed to accommodate 60 covers in both rooms. In the good season there will be tables around the outdoor pool by the olives garden.

Chef Dmitri Galuzin lived, worked and studied in our territory since his tender age. Great and experienced chef, he delivers the work potential of smoking and fermenting helped by feed true researchers.

His Cuisine is essentiality, reflection, life narrative and authentic passion, primordial fascination of grill cooking, ancient food preservation technique, severity research of ingredients as in their processing.

Gastarea cuisine is at the same time tradition and celebration of different food cultures influencing Dmitri brilliant mind in new form of surprise.

Every dish is studied to offer an expanding mood of ingredients lightness different intensity, consistency and aroma in perfect balance. The dish concept is the layering and depth that you discover at every bite.
